OUR TERMS  and  CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Mountain River Patisserie website and/or products. In these Terms and Conditions, “us,” “we,” “our,” or "Mountain River Patisserie" individually and collectively refer to the business, Mountain River Patisserie. By purchasing one of our products, you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. Ordering

Online orders can be placed with at least 2 business days’ notice, subject to our availability. All orders require full payment at the time of ordering. Mountain River Patisserie accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. Payments are completed online via our secure payment gateway.

2. Order Confirmation

If your order is accepted, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to the address provided. Please ensure that all details are accurate, correct, and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions. Please notify us immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed.

3. Refund / Cancellation

Please be aware that 15% of the product’s price will be charged as a mandatory service charge for any order that is canceled within 3 days before the intended pick-up date. 50% of the product’s price will be charged as a mandatory service charge for any order that is canceled within 2 days before the intended pick-up date. Orders are not refundable if canceled within 1 day before the intended pick-up date.

Additionally, 1.75% + $0.3 of the third-party company (STRIPE) service fee will be charged for any order that is canceled.

For those who do not pick up the cakes on the intended pick-up date, the order will automatically be omitted, and requests for refunds will be unacceptable afterward.

4. Pick-up

The details of the pick-up will be outlined on the invoice. If you cannot pick up your order at the time specified, please let us know, and we will do our best to schedule an alternative time. As a general courtesy, please try to be on time for your scheduled pick-up time. If you’re running late, please let us know. If the order pick-up is affected by extreme weather conditions such as a storm and hail, our customer service will contact you for any upcoming changes to the pick-up.

5. Allergies

When placing an order, please notify us of any allergies. We cannot guarantee that our products are nut/gluten/dairy-free as our equipment at some point in time has come into contact with these items.

6. Loss or Damages

Our goods at Mountain River Patisserie are packaged with care and attention. We will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged after they have been picked up.

7. Display Photo

All photos are used only as an example for showcasing the product. Slight changes may occur to the product.

8. Changes to Order

Any major changes to your order less than 2 days before the required pick-up date may incur a fee for reworking the design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.

9. Copyright

You agree that the copyright in all Content on our website is owned or licensed by us. You must only use the website and its content for your personal and non-commercial use. Any other use is prohibited unless permitted by law or with our prior written permission, which you must seek by emailing customer_service@mountainriverpatisserie.com. All trademarks on our website belong to their respective owners.
