6th July, 2024 Rock Garden - Tea ceremony experience
To celebrate the grand opening of our rock garden, we have created a special tea ceremony (chado) experience for you. We have invited Tomoko White Sensei from the Urasenke school, along with her team, to provide a demonstration. You will also enjoy a sweet treat from Mountain River Patisserie and learn how to make your own matcha in a chawan (tea bowl).
What You'll Experience:
Mini honey sponge cake
Premium matcha in the bowl
What We Will Provide:
1 x Chawan (tea bowl)
1 x Chasen (bamboo tea whisk)
Hot water
Duration:
Approximately 30 minutes per session
Dress Code:
Feel free to wear your kimono or any comfortable outfit

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get ready.
Do not walk into the middle of the rock garden.
This event is not suitable for children under 12.
