Our 2026 Mother’s Day cake is fully housemade with hojicha joconde, silken tofu cream, kuromitsu (Black sugar) chiffon, hojicha cream, caramel biscuit and kinako.
It is created around the idea that mothers are sometimes like tofu, always strong on the outside, but so soft and gentle at heart. They may have moments of weakness too, but when it comes to their children, they become stronger than anyone. This cake expresses a mother’s quiet love in a refined and thoughtful way.
